The Terroir

Where the place shapes the identity of the wines

The viticultural heritage consists of old vines planted in the 1920’s and 1930’s with indigenous grape varieties, some of which almost extinct, making them fascinating repositories of the region’s ampelographic diversity. The more recent vineyards are planted in single-varietal plots with native grape varieties and are cultivated using exemplary viticultural technology.
